What does the guarantee cover?
We agree one measure and a baseline in writing before work starts. The guarantee covers the monthly build fee. The fixed-fee diagnostic is separate. Full terms are agreed in writing before we begin.
What does Mashroo do?
We build, run and teach AI operations for UAE SMEs across six products: Flow, Learn, Reach, Build, Studio and Custom. We start with a diagnostic, agree one weekly measure, then ship workflows your people approve.
How are you different from a dev shop?
We stay on the operating side. We map how work moves, run it with you weekly and teach your team to keep it going. Build is one product, not the whole story.
Do we need clean data first?
No. We start with how work flows today, including messy inboxes and folders. We improve data as we go, where it unlocks the measure you care about.
How fast can we start?
Our target is two weeks from signature to kickoff. We confirm timing once we know access and approvers.
How does pricing work?
The diagnostic is a fixed fee, agreed before we start. Ongoing work is quoted per product once we know scope and the weekly measure.
Do you work with our existing tools?
Yes. We prefer the email, folders and line-of-business tools you already use. We add automation and approval layers rather than rip and replace.
Who approves what?
You name approvers for external messages and consequential changes. We document what is draft-only, what needs a sign-off and who owns each step.
What data can Mashroo see?
Only what we need for the agreed workflow, with least-privilege access. We describe scopes in the diagnostic and narrow them as we learn.
