What we collect

When you submit our contact or booking form, we collect the details you choose to send. That usually includes your name, work email, company name, and your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not ask for payment details here.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, and understand whether Mashroo might fit your business. We do not use form data for unrelated marketing lists.

Who sees it

People at Mashroo who need to respond to you can see your submission. We use trusted service providers to host the site and deliver email. They process data only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form records for up to twelve months after we last hear from you on that enquiry, then we delete them unless we need a specific record for an active conversation you have asked us to continue.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the information you sent through the form. Email us at sales@gamcap.ae with the address you used on the form and we will confirm when we have removed it.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent contact form information to data brokers or advertisers.

Updates

We may update this page when our site or processes change. We will post the new version here with a revised date when that happens.
